Sparzan Global ("Sparzan," "we," "us") builds AI-native software for our clients. This policy explains how we handle the personal information of people who visit our website, contact us, or engage us for work.
1. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you fill out our contact form, email us, or engage us for a project: your name, work email, company, the nature of the enquiry, and whatever else you choose to share.
We also collect basic technical information when you visit this site: your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL. This is captured by our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) and used only for security and aggregate analytics.
2. How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, scope potential engagements, and deliver work you've hired us for. We don't use it for anything else without your consent.
3. Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business (e.g. email forwarding via Resend, form spam protection via Cloudflare Turnstile), and only to the extent needed to operate the service.
4. Storage & security
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email and, optionally, to a private team webhook. We store enquiry data for as long as needed to serve the enquiry or engagement. Client work — code, infrastructure, credentials — is always deployed to your accounts, not ours.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, or object to processing. Email us at hello@sparzan.com and we'll respond within one business day.
6. Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a minimal cookie for bot protection; that's the only cookie you'll see.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update the date above and the substance below. Material changes will be highlighted here for at least 30 days.
